Program Design Process

  • A needs analysis is made of each organisation.
  • An individual program is designed in collaboration with the organisation.
  • Program is delivered.
  • Program review and analysis is provided

Program options may include a combination of the following:

  • Face to face group workshops ( from 2 hour workshops to multiple day sessions)
  • Group assessments and identification of target participants for further monitoring or support
  • Individual assessments and pathway planning
  • Funnel 3 -tiered approach

Dr Bernadette Bywater

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Bernadette Bywater is a Clinical Psychologist with 18 years experience. Bernadette has worked with a range of individuals and groups including defence force personnel, young offenders, elite performers as well as inpatient and day program patients. Bernadette is able to translate the evidence base into dynamic and clinically valuable programs that are tailored to the needs of the organisation.

Sara Kenna

Exercise Physiologist/Mental Health Nurse

Sara is a post graduate qualified mental health nurse and qualified exercise physiologist. She is an experienced healthcare leader and educator with over 12 years of experience in health and medical management including program development in Australia and South East Asia. She is trained in contemporary models of mental health such as trauma-informed care, person-centred care and values-based care. Sara holds an MBA and combines her business acumen with her knowledge and experience in mental health to develop programs that are targeted to the specific financial requirements and mental health needs of each organisation in order to deliver quantifiable commercial outcomes.

Kerry Watson

Clinical Psychologist

Kerry is a Clinical psychologist with 17 years of experience in a range of settings including private practice, correctional centres; immigration detention; and public and private hospital mental health facilities. Kerry has extensive experience with a range of evidence-based therapies and their application to group programs. She has designed and facilitated group programs for a range of issues including drug and alcohol, mental health inpatient and outpatient day programs; social skills, forensic issues; and GP educational programs. Kerry has a focused and warm approach as a presenter and is highly skilled in engaging all types of clients.

Amanda Salter

Mental Health Nurse/Registered Nurse/Forensic Nurse Examiner

Amanda is a registered nurse specialising in mental health with broad clinical and managerial experience including addiction detox and recovery, spanning more than 20 years. Amanda practices as a forensic nurse examiner and holds post graduate qualifications in mental health. As a forensic nurse examiner, Amanda is exposed to the legal, physical and psychological effects of sexual assault. She has developed and delivered wide-ranging group programs within multiple and diverse mental health settings. Amanda is sought after as an energetic and engaging presenter.
